Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from the EcoBorder online store. Entech, Inc. ("EcoBorder"), 10440 County Road 2, Middlebury, Indiana 46540, runs the store and sells the products. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. EcoBorder accepts it when the order ships. EcoBorder can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price is wrong or a product is out of stock. If EcoBorder cancels an order you already paid for, EcoBorder refunds the full amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the product price, shipping, and any sales tax before you pay. EcoBorder charges your payment method when you place the order.

Shipping and delivery

EcoBorder ships to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. The shipping policy describes delivery times. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order.

Returns and refunds

The refund policy describes returns, refunds, and replacements for damaged products.

Installation and use

Follow the installation instructions for your product. Before you hammer in stakes, check for buried utility lines, pipes, and irrigation lines. In the US, call 811 before you dig.
